Spa & Leisure Guidelines

Age Restrictions

• Treatments are available only to adults aged 18 and over.
• Children under 16 are not permitted to use the sauna or steam room.
• Children under 18 are not permitted to use the gym facilities.

Family Swimming Hours

• Families with children under 12 are welcome to enjoy the pool outside of Quiet Time (10:00 am – 3:00 pm). During Quiet Time, we create a serene, spa-like atmosphere perfect for unwinding and peaceful swims.

Reservations & Cancellations

• Non-arrivals or cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged in full. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment or activity time, with only the remaining booked time honoured (if applicable).

Before Your Treatment

• Please check in at the Spa Reception at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
• All treatment times are approximate and include a consultation and aftercare advice.
• Inform your therapist if you feel too hot/cold, if your position is uncomfortable, or if the pressure is not enjoyable — techniques can be adjusted to suit you.

Jewellery & Personal Items

• No jewellery should be worn during treatments. We do not accept responsibility for lost items.

After Nail Treatments

• Please avoid using heat facilities or swimming pools for at least 2 hours after nail polish application.
• Open-toed shoes or flip-flops are recommended for pedicures.

Spa & Leisure Etiquette

• Swimwear is required in all wet areas.
• A £1 coin (refundable) is required for lockers.
• Alcohol, food, and smoking are strictly prohibited in spa and leisure areas.
